Dinner for Six at Seafood R'evolution
Guests will dine from a 5-course tasting menu specially designed by
Chef John Folse for the occasion. Wine will accompany the meal.
Three cookbooks from Chef John Folse's Collection will also be given at the end of the evening.
Dinner will take place in The Chef's Office overlooking the wine cellar.
The private business quarters of chefs Folse and Tramonto are a most sought-after dining space. The Chef’s Office is filled with cookbooks, awards and trappings of a professional chef’s space, but also has a unique view into the 4,000-bottle wine cellar through the glass wall.
