Chef Michael Williams is Director of Culinary Marketing – Retail for Unified Brands, a leading manufacturer of foodservice equipment. His professional culinary career spans over 30 years and includes a variety of experiences including culinary research and consulting for domestic and international clients. He and his team are two-time consecutive winners of the International Chefs Congress Technology and Innovation Award.
Chef Williams is a professional member of the American Culinary Federation, Research Chefs of America, and James Beard Foundation.
On the personal side, he lends his talents to raising funds for various charitable causes. He is a long-time New Stage Theater board member and leads the foodservice operations at Hood Scout Reservation, Boy Scouts of America. His current project is the renovation of the camp dining hall to support the growing facilities at the camp. Chef Williams and his wife Stacy have four children, and they live and cook in Jackson, MS.
